CL Brakes Brake Pads

CL Brakes brake pads are sintered. This means that each pad contains at least ten components (bronze, ceramic, graphite, etc.). These components form friction compounds that are heated in a furnace at 900 °C. Unlike organic pads, where the individual particles are bonded with adhesive, sintered pads—fused at high temperatures—offer longer lifespan, higher performance, and lower tendency to fade.

The MAXSC compound is specially designed for larger scooters, i.e., those over 125 cc. Large scooters are slower than big motorcycles, so they require a specialized compound.
